American Fortune 3 Corporation General Mill. Marjorie Child Husted

cups sugar, 1-cup butter, 3 cups mashed bananas, 1-cup buttermilk,
2-spoon vanilla, 2-teaspoon baking soda, 2-teaspoon salt, 5 cups
flour, 2 cups chopped nuts (optional).
Method of Betty Crocker banana bread recipe- Pre heat oven at
350-degree F. and grease the bottom of the pan. Now, next step is to
mix sugar and butter in a large bowl with eggs and stir it until they
mix completely. Add banana, buttermilk and vanilla to the mixture;
beat it until the mixture turns smooth. Add flour, baking soda, salt
and chopped nuts, mix all the ingredients well and pour this mixture

recipe are 3-4 ripe mashed bananas, 1/3 cup melted butter one cup
sugar, 1 beaten egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1
pinch salt, 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour. Method to make this recipe is-
preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius. In a large mixing bowl, mix mashed
bananas with the help of wooden spoon. Mix sugar, vanilla and egg in
it. Sprinkle baking soda and salt in the mixture and mix it well. Now
pour mixture in a butter-greased pan and bake it for one hour. Cool
it and make slices to serve it.
Third Betty Crocker banana bread recipe is stated as follows-
ingredients used in this recipe are 1 cup buttermilk, 3 cup flour, 1/2
teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2
cup chopped pecans, 2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 2 eggs, 5-6
bananas(ripe). Method to make this recipe is- preheat oven on 300
degree. Prepare two pans with buttering and lining with parchment
paper. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a bowl and
keep it aside. Mix butter and sugar in a separate bowl until cream is
formed. Add one egg and a banana then dry ingredients and
buttermilk. Mix it well. Do not over mix it. Now pour the mix in
greased loaf pan and bake it until the knife or fork comes out
clear.
