baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt together in a bowl. Beat egg
and sugar together by using electric beater until it forms a thick &

bananas, Sour cream and vanilla then fold it in walnuts and flour

up of bread, nuts and bananas. The ingredients required in this recipe
are- 5 cup of organic self raising flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup honey, 2
cup milk, 4 eggs lightly beaten, 4 ripe mashed bananas, 4 cup shredded
coconut, 1 cup of crushed walnuts, 2 cup rolled oats, rolled oats and
crushed walnuts for decoration.
Mix eggs, bananas, sugar, honey and milk in a bowl. Add flour,
shredded coconut, rolled oats, crushed walnuts in it, and mix them by
using a large spoon. Do not mix it much. Apply butter on loaf tin and
pour the mixture in it. Sprinkle rolled oats and walnuts on the top to
decorate. Put it in preheated oven on 350 degrees for around 45
minutes. Check it with poking knife or fork in between the mixture. If
the knife or fork comes out dry that means it is ready to eat. Cut it
in slices and spread butter, jam or margarine on it and enjoy with a
cup of tea or coffee.
Easy banana nut bread recipe #3: - The required ingredients for
this recipe are- 250gm sugar, 100 gm unsalted softened butter, 4 large
eggs, 8 ripe mashed bananas, 8 tablespoon plain yogurt, 2 teaspoon
vanilla powder, 520 gm all purpose flour, 2 teaspoon baking soda, 2
teaspoon salt, 120gm walnuts in small pieces.
Direction: - mix sugar and butter to make cream until it becomes
fluffy. Stir eggs in it. Then stir bananas, yogurt, vanilla and
walnuts in the mixture. In the end, mix flour with baking soda and
salt in it. After the mixture is prepared, pour it on a loaf pan. Put
the pan into oven, set it on 350 degrees and bake it for around one
hour.
