4 cups white rice flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, and 1 teaspoon
baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon ground
cinnamon, 4 beaten eggs, 3 cup mashed banana, about 10 bananas, 1-cup
canola oil and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Method to make Gluten free dairy free banana bread recipe is very
simple. First pre heat the oven at 350 degree F and slightly grease
the baking pan to prevent sticking. Combine all the dry ingredients
together. Add beaten eggs, sugar, mashed banana, and oil, and mix the
ingredients together. Now, pour the mixture in the baking pan and bake
it for an hour. To check whether the bread is completely baked or not,
use a spoon or knife, put it in the center, if it comes out clean then
