In another bowl, mix baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, all spices, and flour completely. In a large bowl, mix the flour mixture to wet the ingredient and stir until they completely mix. Now pour the mixture in the pan and bake until the top is deep brown in color and springs back when gently touched. Bake until the top turns completely brown for 45 min and when the top turns brown in color, cover it with a foil and reheat the mixture to bake it completely.
